Ohana Community Services is a dynamic and motivated community service business providing care to the Regional and Remote Queensland area! Ohana is breaking the mold in Disability Care and live by our motto “No one left behind!”

Ohana community Services has flourished into a leading force within the disability industry in Central Queensland. This has been established by the love and unconditional support of our staff, clients, and local community. Our strong foundation has been built on the fundamentals of providing excellence in health care services for all regardless of funding options. It is our true passion to continue to foster and broaden our reach and expansion into the Allied Health Care field.

OUR WHY

CEO - Penny Cooper

Ohana Community Services Pty. Ltd was founding in 2021 after CEO and Autism Mother of 3, Penny Cooper saw the desperate need for greater assistance in the Gladstone Region.  Time after time families, children and people with disabilities were being left behind because simply the services were unavailable. Ohana was created so that no one person will be left behind regardless of age, disability or physical location.

person-centered care.
